Depositors/contributors are required to contact an IR administrator to obtain an account for submitting materials to the IR.
Edith Garland Dupré Library, UL Lafayette encourages a limited number of IR liaisons per department or research center in order to promote efficient user management and quality control of submitted materials:

- Project manager
- Administrative contact person
