Getting Started

Students who graduate from the UL Department of Petroleum Engineering are some of the best educated in the industry. UL graduates are in high demand from major oil corporations, the service industry, and small and independent oil exploration companies.  An education in petroleum engineering provides a wide range of professional opportunities, and American graduates are hired all over the world. The librarians at Edith Garland Dupre Library are eager to help prepare students by providing them with the resources they need for their education.
